Do you use lead-core wicks in your candles?

Absolutely NOT!  All of our candles use only premium zinc-core wicks instead of the cheaper, potentially harmful, lead-core wicks.


Are your products warranted, and if so, how do you handle defects?

All of our products are 100% guaranteed in materials and workmanship.  Any defective products may be returned, with prior written approval, for a replacement or refund, at our option.  Replacement products will be identical or of equal or greater value.


Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount.  We're happy to fill your order for a single candle, several dozen, or several hundred.


Do you charge sales tax?

Six percent state sales tax is charged on orders being shipped to New Jersey addresses. 


How do I pay by credit card?

When you are ready to purchase the items in your "shopping cart", simply click on the "checkout" button, and you will be directed to 's secure checkout server.  There you will be asked for your existing ID (or, if you don't have one yet, you can provide the information to obtain one).  At that time, you can select the payment options that suit you.  , owned by eBay, is the world's largest provider of ecommerce payment services and has over 17 million members.  It costs you nothing to join and use these services.  For more information from 's website, click here:


Can I pay by check?

Yes.  You can use 's "electronic check" payment feature;  at checkout time, just select payment by check.  (This requires that you register your checking account information with prior to using it).

If you prefer to mail us a check, just complete your shopping experience and proceed to checkout.  Then display the contents of your shopping cart, and print this using the "print" button on your internet browser.  At checkout, before supplying your credit card or checking account information, press the "cancel" button to end your shopping experience.  Mail us a copy of your order along with your check, and we'll fill your order as soon as your check clears.  For faster service, however, we encourage you to use 's electronic check payments.  For more information from 's website, click here:


How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges, which include an order handling charge, are based on the total amount of the order.  Generally, the larger the order, the lower the shipping rate.  These shipping charges will be added to your order at the time of checkout, and cover only a small portion of our actual shipping and handling costs. 

To keep your costs low, we use UPS regular ground delivery.  Overnight express is available at higher rates.  If you desire overnight delivery, include this information with your order, and we will email you back immediately with the actual shipping charges, which can be billed to your credit card using


How do I redeem discount coupons?

Simply order any items you want at the regular prices by adding them to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout to the payments page.  After entering your credit card information, be sure to note the type of discount coupon you have in the special instructions section.  Your account will be charged the regular prices, but we will include a check for the discount amount with your order.  For example, if you have a 25 percent discount coupon numbered 510037, and your order totals $65.00 in merchandise, enter the information "25 percent discount coupon #510037" in the special instructions box on the checkout page.  When we ship your order, we will enclose a rebate check for $16.25!
